The musty night air of Cinnabar City felt odd during that mission.

“There he is, Prudence,” I pointed at an unconscious man lying face down in the middle of a warehouse we trespassed on.

Prudence eyed the misty figure standing on top of a high stack of big boxes. “And there's the vampire. I fought this one before.” The Lasso of Light materialized in her hand but the figure and the mist disappeared before she could take another step.

The unconscious man's body levitated and hoisted itself upright. “Brother, we've come here to correct your mistakes,” it spoke to me.

Prudence also appears in the novel I Killed My Friends and It Thrilled Me.
